Levamisole Solution is an inhibitor of the endogenous alkaline phosphatase (AP) activity in cells and tissues that can produce background staining. It does not inhibit the isoenzyme used for either the VECTASTAIN ABC-AP reagents or other AP conjugates. It is supplied in a convenient dropper bottle as a 100x concentrate (use one drop of Levamisole Solution for every 5 ml substrate solution).
