Description

Enrich label-free human CD4 T cells from a PBMC sample concurrently with viable cell enrichment on a LeviCell system. Viable human CD4 T cells can be used for various downstream applications. Non-CD4 T cells are magnetically labeled and remain immobilized inside the LeviCell cartridge.

Enrich label-free human CD4 T cells from a peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) sample concurrently with viable cell enrichment on a LeviCell system. Viable human CD4 T cells can be used for various downstream applications. Non-CD4 T cells are magnetically labeled and remain immobilized inside the LeviCell cartridge.
