How it Works

• Collection: Collect your total waste, with the applicable items for the LifeCycle Revive program.
• Store: Store materials in your warehouse, letting us know when each gaylord or truckload is available and ready for pickup.
• Transport/Sort: At your desired time, we pick up your waste and transport it to our facilities for reprocessing.

The Recycling Process

• First, each type of PPE is processed down into reusable pellets using patent pending machinery for each type of waste.
  • Plastics: Glasses, goggles, PP5 type plastics, sterile wrap
  • Non-woven material: Masks, shoe covers, bouffants, gowns
  • Non-natural rubber: Nitrile gloves
• The pellets are sent off to our partners who receive this material and use it to make new products.

Using Green Mantras' patented Thermal Catalytic System, Butadiene is separated, isolated and collected from the original nitrile. The collected Butadiene is then used to create new liquid nitrile and finally new nitrile gloves.

After each order, you will be given the following impact report showing your direct impact on the environment in several key areas.
