Lipofectamine CRISPRMAX Cas9 Transfection Reagent is the first optimized lipid-based transfection reagent for CRISPR knockout applications. It effectively delivers the Cas9 protein and guide RNA (gRNA) ribonucleoprotein (RNP) complex, ensuring high transfection efficiency and effective gene knockout. The proprietary lipid-based transfection reagent minimizes cellular toxicity, making it suitable to for sensitive cells.
