Cell Biolabs' Lipoprotein Lipase Activity Assay provides a convenient assay to quantify LPL activity in plasma, serum, and lysates. LPL activity levels are quantified in a 96-well fluorescence plate reader. This kit also detects endothelial + hepatic lipase activity. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 100 assays including standards and unknown samples.
