Used as a buffer system for cell culture media. BioWhittaker™ Dulbeccos Phosphate Buffered Saline (10X) is manufactured in accordance with cGMP regulations and cell culture-tested to assure compatibility.

  • Used to provide buffer system to maintain cell culture media in physiological pH range of 7.0 to 7.6
  • Serves as irrigating, transporting or diluting fluid while maintaining cell tonicity and viability for limited period of time
