The Instech LVP3F is a specialty low-volume injection port designed to convert the female luer of certain IV catheters into a PinPort™, displacing the dead volume for critical applications. It provides closed-system benefits while ensuring the luer volume is fully displaced. The port is specifically compatible with the Terumo SurFlash Safety IV catheter; while it may fit other luers, it might bottom out before sealing. Users can access the LVP3F manually with a PinPort™ injector or use the mating connector for continuous tethered infusion.
