LumiGLO Reserve is a lumino-based chemiluminescent substrate designed for rapid and sensitive detection of peroxidase-labeled conjugates. This substrate provides maximum sensitivity in the femtogram range, making it ideal for applications where the protein of interest is in low concentrations. Given the high light intensity, images may be more quickly captured and multiple exposures easily obtained. The 2-component format is easily prepared and is provided with KPL's Wash Solution, futher enabling blots with excellent signal-to-noise.
