The LuxSit™ Pro, C-term plasmid encodes the LuxSit™ Pro enzyme as a C-terminal reported tag for a protein of interest to be used with the LuxSit™ Pro Luciferase Assay System. The plasmid backbone is pcDNA3.1 with CMV as promoter. The gene of interest can be inserted in frame with the LuxSit™ Pro enzyme using (EcoRV, BstXI, XbaI, SacI, EcoRI, XhoI) restriction enzymes. The plasmid is shipped lyophilized in 25 ug aliquots.
