The LyoPrime Luna Probe One-Step RT-qPCR Mix with UDG is offered in a lyophilized format allowing for ambient/room temperature shipping and storage prior to use. The mix contains all necessary components for one-step RT-qPCR except primers probe(s) and RNA sample. It can be reconstituted by simply adding water to a 2-4X concentration allowing for increased sample input. Performance in multiplexing applications has been optimized with sensitive linear detection achieved for up to 5 targets across a range of inputs.
