Lyo-Ready 1-Step RT-qPCR Mix, 2x is a glycerol-free formulation that contains Taq polymerase, RNase Inhibitor, reaction buffer, dNTP, MgCl2 and lyo-excipients. It is ideal for developing room temperature, lyophilized, multiplex RT-qPCR tests and is suited for high-throughput, automated platforms requiring milli-second rehydration times. It can be used as a wet mix or with Lyo-Compatible MMLV-RT (MAX043)/ 55C MMLV-RT (MDX117) and lyophilized without impacting its performance post rehydration.
