Lyo-Ready qPCR Buffer 2.5x is a glycerol-free qPCR reaction buffer containing lyo-excipients, designed to deliver highly reproducible, accurate qPCR assay results under fast thermal cycling conditions. In order to produce lyophilized, ambient-temperature stable qPCR reagents, dNTP, MgCl2 and glycerol-free Taq DNA polymerase (such as MDX011 or MDX015) must be added prior to lyophilization.
