Description

Lysing Matrix A contains garnet matrix and one 4 mm glass grinding sphere. Used to grind animal and plant tissues, insects, nematodes and lyse bacteria, yeast, fungi, algae. For use on FastPrep™ instruments or any bead beater.

• Product Overview: Lysing Matrix A 96-Well Rack comes with 1.2 mL cluster-strip tube and cap assemblies. Each tube is pre-filled with garnet matrix and one 4 mm glass grinding sphere.
• Applications: Lysing Matrix A is used for all sample types, except soil, for the subsequent isolation of genomic DNA and proteins.
