LysoTracker™ Green DND-26 is a cell-permeable green fluorescent dye specifically designed for staining acidic compartments such as lysosomes in live cells. This reagent is intended for use in live cell imaging applications and must not be fixed with aldehydes or alcohols, which inhibit staining. Each vial contains 50 μl of the dye in a 1 mM DMSO solution, which can be diluted 1:20,000 in normal growth media to reach a working concentration of 50 nM.
