Recombinant mouse macrophage colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF) expressed in HEK293 cells and supplied lyophilized for research use. The protein is biologically active in cell proliferation assays (ED50 ≤15 ng/mL), is glycosylated (apparent 32-60 kDa by SDS-PAGE), and has low endotoxin (<1 EU/μg). Lyophilized from PBS pH 7.4 (some lots with 8% trehalose); store at -20°C and reconstitute at ≥100 μg/mL in ddH2O with carrier protein for long-term storage.
