Bio X Cell Monoclonal Antibody, Human PD-L1 29E.2A3, 1 MG
Supplier: Bio X Cell BE0285R001MG
The 29E.2A3 monoclonal antibody reacts with human PD-L1 (programmed death ligand 1), also known as B7-H1 or CD274. PD-L1 is a 40 kDa type I transmembrane protein belonging to the B7 family of the Ig superfamily. It binds to its receptor, PD-1, leading to inhibition of TCR-mediated T cell proliferation and cytokine production. This antibody blocks the binding of PD-1-Ig to PD-L1.
