Flt-3L (FMS-related Tyrosine Kinase 3 Ligand) is a cytokine and growth factor crucial for the development of conventional dendritic cells (cDCs) and plasmacytoid dendritic cells (pDCs). This recombinant Flt-3L-Ig is a fusion protein of human Flt-3L and the Fc portion of human IgG1, designed to activate Flt3 signaling and expand DC populations. It is frequently reported to stimulate Flt3 signaling in vivo in mice.
