The FR70 monoclonal antibody targets mouse CD70, a 30-33 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the TNF superfamily. This antibody blocks the interaction between CD70, which is expressed on activated mouse T and B lymphocytes and dendritic cells, and its ligand CD27. This interaction is known to promote T and B cell cross-stimulation, B cell proliferation, and immunoglobulin production.
