MACH 2 Mouse HRP-Polymer Detection is a one-step micro-polymer detection system that combines superior workflow and sensitivity for mouse primary antibodies. The horseradish peroxidase (HRP) labeled goat anti-mouse micro-polymer secondary antibody reacts with heavy and light chains on mouse IgG of all subclasses. The innovative micro-polymer technology provides a 3- to 4- fold increase in nuclear staining sensitivity and 2-fold increase in cytoplasmic / cell surface staining when compared to conventional dextran backbone polymer. Avidin-biotin blocking procedures are eliminated when using the MACH 2 conjugated secondary antibodies. This detection kit consists of a conjugated goat anti-mouse micro-polymer HRP to be used manually and on automated stainers.
