Description

MagMAX CORE™ Disruption solutions are intended to facilitate nucleic acid extraction. Flexible formats are designed to adapt to varying throughput needs and workflow requirements.

The Applied Biosystems MagMAX™ CORE™ Disruption Modules Family is intended to support the MagMAX™ CORE™ Nucleic Acid Purification Kit by providing flexible, modular options for sample preparation across a variety of research workflows.

These modules are designed to facilitate the processing of a broad range of sample types, including complex matrices such as feces, environmental samples, milk, and organ tissues. They can assist in the mechanical and/or chemical disruption of challenging sample materials to support downstream nucleic acid purification processes.

The Disruption Modules Family can be used in research applications involving organisms that may be difficult to lyse, such as Mycobacterium avium subsp. paratuberculosis (MAP).
