Isolate HMW DNA from multiple sample types with a single sample prep kit

The MagMAX HMW DNA Kit leverages the innovative MagMAX HMW DNA Booster to enhance the elongation of fragment size. It is designed to isolate large fragment gDNA (100–300 kb) from various sample types, including 200 μL of fresh or frozen whole blood, one million cultured cells, and 2–8 mg tissue samples. Dynabeads magnetic beads with optimized surface chemistry and high specific surface area enable efficient kinetics and high sensitivity in capturing nucleic acids. The robust chemistry and workflow design minimizes impurities, such as proteins and detergents, that can interfere with downstream molecular analysis. Finally, the HMW genomic DNA is released from the beads using a low quantity TE elution solution.

The MagMAX HMW DNA Kit leverages the MagMAX DNA Multi-sample Ultra 2.0 Kit chemistry. This kit is specifically designed for the extraction of high molecular weight DNA from fresh and frozen whole blood samples.
