Low-copy plasmids can be extracted, but yields may be lower and may not be sufficient for all transfection protocols. For low-copy plasmids, optimizing culture conditions, increasing culture volume, or performing multiple elution steps may help improve yield.

No, bead settling during transit is normal. This does not affect performance. We recommend vortexing well, before use.
We recommend warming the buffer at 30-37 degrees C for 30 min, and then inverting to mix until the precipitates dissolve.
