MAIT-203 acetate is a cyclopentyalanin-derived peptidomimetic that potently inhibits the interaction of adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) and Asef (RhoGEF4). It binds APC-ARM with a Ki value of 0.015 μM and a Kd value of 0.036 μΜ, significantly repressing the migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells.

  • Reduces Asef-APC interaction in a dose-dependent manner in HEK293T cells.
  • Attenuates SW480 and HCT116 cell migration.
  • Decreases the amount of active CDC42 in SW480 cells.
