In this Mapping of Restriction Sites on Plasmid DNA with SYBR™ Safe experiment, DNA markers and pre-digested plasmid DNA fragments are mapped using agarose gel electrophoresis.

  • Perform agarose gel electrophoresis to separate DNA fragments from three restriction enzyme digestions plus a standard marker
