  • A Methenamine Silver Developer Solution serves as the primary stain, with Gold Chloride toning the tissue sections, producing gray to black fungi and Pneumocystis jirovecii against a green background counterstained with Light Green
  • 100 mL Stain Kit yields between 20 and 32 slides
