  • Optimized Schiff's Solution serves as the primary stain, producing pink to red basement membranes, fungi, glycogen, and mucin against a green background, counterstained by light green
  • If Hematoxylin is used as a secondary stain, nuclei is rendered blue
  • 100 mL Stain Kit yields between 80 and 100 slides
  • 1 pt. Stain Kit yields between 320 and 500 slides
