PAS stain kit for glycogen, mucin, fungi, and basement membranes in under 25 minutes

  • Optimized Schiff Solution serves as the primary stain, producing pink to red basement membranes, fungi, glycogen, and mucin against a green background, counterstained by light green
  • If Hematoxylin is used as a secondary stain, nuclei is rendered blue
  • Liter Stain Kit yields between 680-1,000 slides & slide yields assume maximum slides stained per run, maximum runs per use - Actual Slide Yields may vary
  • One or more component(s) in this kit require a storage temperature between 2°C and 10°C
