Description

A complete PCR reagent mix for amplification of DNA that contains primers and probes to detect BD's sample processing control.

BD MAX™ DNA MMK (SPC) is a dried down PCR reagent mix containing dNTPs, MgCl2, Hot Start DNA polymerase, buffers, as well as forward and reverse primers and a fluorophore labeled TaqMan™ Probe (Excitation: 690 nm; Emission: 705 nm) which can be used with a Sample Processing Control (SPC). BD MAX DNA MMK (SPC) contains primer and probe sequences from Drosophila melanogaster (GenBank: AC246436; nucleotides 35779 to 35978) cloned in a pUC119 derivative (GenBank: U07650.1).
