McCoy's 5A Medium is modified to contain 1.5 mM L-glutamine and 2200 mg/L sodium bicarbonate. NOTE: This reduced level of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3, 2.2 g/L) is intended for use in 5% CO2 in air. Additional sodium bicarbonate may be required for use in incubators containing higher percentages of CO2. For use by FOR-PROFIT companies only; NON-PROFIT companies use 50188272NP.
