Melanin-concentrating Hormone (6-17) is a truncated version of a hypothalamic neuropeptide comprising amino acids 6 through 17. MCH is involved in feeding, mood, sleep-wake cycle, and energy balance. Overexpression is associated with obesity. Acts as an agonist of the melanin-concentrating hormone receptor (MCHR1). Provided as 500μg of dry powder alongside reconstitution buffer.
