MDEG-541 is a potent MYC-MAX degrader and a PROTAC, derived from the MYC-MAX dimerization inhibitor 10058-F4 (derivative 28RH) and Thalidomide (HY-14658). It exhibits antiproliferative activity and reduces the expression of GSPT1, MYC, GSPT2, and PLK1 proteins. It also decreases the expression of MYC in a dose-dependent manner and inhibits cell viability in HCT116 and PSN1 cells.
