The Shaw Plugs 14M021 Mechanical Expansion Plug is a 3/8" diameter zinc alloy expansion anchor with a 1-1/4" embedment depth. It is designed for use in cracked and uncracked concrete and provides 55 lbs of tension and shear load capacity. The anchor body is zinc alloy which resists corrosion and has a closed-end bottom to prevent concrete seepage during installation. It requires a 3/8" diameter hole and uses a 3/8" hex drive for installation. This is a reusable anchor that expands against the concrete when installed to grip the hole.
