The Shaw Plugs 14M019 Mechanical Expansion Plug is a 3/8" diameter zinc-plated steel mechanical expansion anchor with a 1-1/4" embedment depth. It is designed for use in hardened concrete and can withstand tension loads up to 60 lbs and shear loads up to 45 lbs. The anchor body has a cone-shaped expander plug that expands outward when the nut is tightened on the stud, locking the anchor in place. This is an economical anchor option for lightweight duty concrete fastening applications.
