PromoCell Melanocyte Growth Medium is a PMA (Phorbol Myristate Acetate)-containing Medium and has been developed for the in vitro cultivation of juvenile melanocytes. Since PMA is a tumor promoting mitogen, it may interfere with some experimental approaches.
