This kit induces strong osteogenesis of mouse MSCs and MEFs, as evidenced by qPCR analysis of key transcripts involved in bone differentiation and maturation, and Alizarin Red staining. This kit is recommended for characterizing MSCs and MEFs and studying bone development.
