MethoCult™ SF M3236 is a serum-free, incomplete medium formulation that contains methylcellulose in Iscove's MDM. MethoCult™ SF M3236 is suitable for the growth and enumeration of hematopoietic progenitor cells in colony-forming unit (CFU) assays of mouse bone marrow, spleen, and fetal liver, when the appropriate growth factors and supplements are added.
