Typically, over a hundred-fold enrichment of methylated DNA vs. non-methylated DNA can be achieved with the use of this kit. Recovered DNA is suitable for many downstream applications to analyze genome-wide DNA methylation including: PCR, qPCR, whole-genome amplification, MeDIP-Seq, etc.
