MicroMist Nebulizer 0.4 mL/min, includes EzyFit Connector with 0.50 mm ID x 1.6 mm OD x 700 mm long tubing (1 piece) and EzyLok Connector (1 piece).Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 1.0 L/min and sample flow rate is 0.4 mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.4 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. Backpressure should read ~35psi at 1.0 L/min gas flow rate. Tolerates up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP-MS manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision.Replacement parts include P/Ns EZT-16-50 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
