The Microalbumin 2-1 combo Strip is a plastic strip to which two test pads are affixed testing for Microalbumin and Creatinine. Microalbuminuria, an abnormal elevation of the urinary albumin excretion rate, is many times one of the first signs of renal diseases and renal damage that can lead to renal failure. Patients with the highest risk of renal disease where Microalbumin may be present is hypertension and diabetes.
