Polyclonal antibody prepared against the Adda moiety binds to microcystins and nodularins, allowing the congener-independent determination of these toxins and many of its congeners, and does not cross-react with other non-related toxins or compounds. No pre-sample preparation required. Total time for measurement is less than 2.5 hours. Enables simultaneous measurement of multiple samples at reasonable costs. Sensitivity: 0.1ng/ml (range 0.15 to 5ng/ml). Assay Time: 1 hour 90 minutes. Applications: ELISA
