MicroMist Nebulizer 0.1 mL/min, includes UniFit Connector with 0.25mm ID x 1.6mm OD x 700mm long tubing (1 pc.) and EzyLok Connector (1 pc.).Optimum nebulizer gas flow rate is 0.7L/min and sample flow rate is 0.1mL/min. Recommended not to exceed optimum 0.1 mL/min sample flow rate; however, lower gas and sample flow rates are OK. The backpressure should read ~40psi at 0.7L/min gas flow rate. Can tolerate up to 15% TDS. MicroMist is the standard configuration for many ICP-MS manufacturers due to its excellent sensitivity and precision.Replacement parts include P/Ns NFT-16-25 and 502702994.Recommend nebulizer maintenance tools, Fluka RBS25 (P/N NC9000117) and Eluo Nebulizer Cleaning Tool (P/N NC9462559).
