The MicroSEQ™ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up 8-Strips Kit is used for post-sequencing clean-up in the MicroSEQ™ ID workflow. The gel-filtration matrix used in the strip format provides a convenient and simple way to remove dye terminators, dNTPs, salts, and residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions.

The MicroSEQ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up 8-Strips Kit can be used downstream of the following sequencing kits:

• MicroSEQ™ 500 16S rDNA Sequencing Kit
• MicroSEQ™ Full Gene 16S rDNA Sequencing Kit
• MicroSEQ™ D2 rDNA Fungal Sequencing Kit
