The MicroSEQ™ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up Plates Kit is used for post-sequencing clean-up in the MicroSEQ™ ID workflow. The gel-filtration matrix used in the microplate cartridges provides a convenient and simple way to remove dye terminators, dNTPs, salts, and residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions. MicroSEQ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up plates can be stored at ambient temperate for up to 4 weeks. The MicroSEQ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up Plates Kit offers the same or better sequence quality results as the MicroSEQ™ ID Sequencing Clean-up Plates.

The MicroSEQ ID Ultra Sequencing Clean-up plates can be used downstream of the following sequencing kits:

  • MicroSEQ™ 500 16S rDNA Sequencing Kit
  • MicroSEQ™ Full Gene 16S rDNA Sequencing Kit
  • MicroSEQ™ D2 rDNA Fungal Sequencing Kit

This kit provides two 96-well microplate cartridges ideal for high-throughput microbial-identification workflows. The end products can be used directly for sequencing on any Applied Biosystems™ genetic analyzers.
