Monkey (Cynomolgus) Total Plasminogen ELISA Kit - Monkey (Cynomolgus) Total Plasminogen ELISA Kit from Innovative Research is for the quantitative determination of total plasminogen antigen in cyno monkey plasma, serum, or cell culture media. Strip well format. Reagents for up to 96 tests. Cyno monkey plasminogen will bind to the affinity purified capture antibody coated on the microtiter plate. Plasminogen, plasmin, and plasmin in complex with antiplasmin will react with the antibody on the plate. After appropriate washing steps, biotin labeled polyclonal anti-cyno plasminogen primary antibody binds to the captured protein. Excess antibody is washed away and bound polyclonal antibody is then reacted with peroxidase conjugated streptavidin. Following an additional washing step, TMB substrate is used for color development at 450nm.
