Monet Blue Diluent is specifically formulated to enhance certain types of primary antibodies. Titers may increase up to 2 to 4 times. The diluent uses Biocare Assure Technology, which is a colored-coded product (Monet Blue) with pH indicator. If the pale blue diluent changes color to green or yellow, it indicates that a pH change has occurred and that optimum staining may be hindered.
