The Mouse Activated T Cell Markers Flow Cytometry Panel is designed to identify activated mouse T cells. This kit includes monoclonal antibodies for immunophenotyping T cell subsets and monitoring activation states. T cells are identified by CD3 expression, with helper (CD4+) and cytotoxic (CD8+) subsets defined by their respective co-receptor expression. Activation is determined by upregulated CD69 and IL-2Rα/CD25 markers, which are also constitutively expressed on regulatory T cells. Antibodies are purified via affinity chromatography and are compatible with single staining mix protocols.
