Based on ELISA, the G192-3 antibody reacts specifically with Syrian hamster IgG2 monoclonal antibodies. The G192-3 mAb does not react with other hamster IgG groups or hamster IgM.
This antibody is routinely tested by flow cytometric analysis. Other applications were tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen during antibody development only or reported in the literature
