Invitrogen™ Mouse GM-CSF Recombinant Protein
Description
Description: Granulocyte Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (GM-CSF) is a potent species-specific stimulator of bone marrow cells. GM-CSF stimulates precursor cells of granulocytes, macrophages, and eosinophils. GM-CSF is produced by a number of different cell types in response to cytokine or inflammatory stimuli. On mature hematopoietic cells, GM-CSF is a survival factor for and activates the effector functions of granulocytes, monocytes/macrophages, and eosinophils. Recombinant mouse GM-CSF is a 14.0 kDa protein containing 125 amino acid residues. Purity: >98%. Molecular Weight: 14.0 kDa.
