Gibco™ Mouse IFN-gamma Recombinant Protein, PeproTech®

Description
Recombinant Murine IFN-gamma is a 134 amino-acid length protein with a predicted molecular weight of 15.6 kDa. C-terminal truncation due to proteolytic cleavage occurs during E. coli fermentation and results in a 15.1 kDa protein confirmed by mass spectroscopy. SDS-PAGE analysis of Recombinant Murine IFN-gamma shows a band that migrates at approximately 11-12 kDa, under non-reducing and reducing conditions. This product is shipped at ambient temperature.
