This kit is designed to specifically detect IgE anti-OVA antibodies in mouse serum and plasma. This kit includes one 96-well ELISA plate with removable strips, as well as all reagents necessary to complete the assay. Mouse sera contain various types of antibodies, such as IgA, IgM, and IgG, against the same antigen at higher concentrations than IgE. Therefore, it is difficult to detect IgE antibody levels due to competitive binding of these different types of antibodies on the same antigenic determinants. Standard Range: 25 ng/ml to 0.4 ng/ml. Working Time: 4.5 hours.
